Pricing for Illumination by Publishers’ Assistant

Illumination is the next evolution of Publishers’ Assistant — browser-based, streamlined, and built on 30+ years of experience serving independent publishers. We’ve kept pricing simple and transparent:

Setup Fee (One-Time) 

• $500

• Covers server provisioning, initial configuration, and onboarding support.

•  Includes assistance with migrating core contact, title, and order data (if applicable).

Hosting Fee (Monthly)

• $25/month

•  Covers your dedicated, privately managed server.

•  Includes nightly backups, system maintenance, and software updates.

Subscription & Support (Monthly) - $125/month

• Access to the full Illumination system

• Email and phone support from someone who knows publishing

• Regular software updates and improvements

• Secure, monitored hosting environment

Existing Users

Current Publishers’ Assistant users who join the Illumination beta will lock in the $100/month rate for as long as they remain subscribed.

Beta Enrollment (Now Open)

We’re inviting current and new users to join the Illumination beta program.
During this phase, you’ll receive close support and frequent updates as we finalize the system for general release.
