We're here when you need us.  Just ask our users.

Any of our users will tell you that our support is second to none.  When there is a problem, we're here for you.  It doesn't matter whether it's a problem with the software, or you are just not sure how to accomplish your task.  We'll get back to you on the same day and generally within hours;
...and we've been doing this for over 30 years!
